Party room for four-hour rental.

 Live Gender ultrasound on mom to be during party. (15-24 weeks). (gender of baby, six black and white printed photos, CD of images, DVD of session, 3D sneak peak, gift bag, discount return coupon for 3D session. 

 Live Monthly Special pkg ultrasound on mom to be during party. (24-32 weeks). (3D/4D scan, two black and white printed images, two colored glossy pictures, CD of images, DVD of session, weight of baby, and gift bag)

Set up and break down and cleaning of event space.

Coordinator present for the whole event to assist as needed during event.

Insurance and tax included in price

Linens for tables (chose between black, grey, silver, purple, plum, lilac, burgundy, red, ruby, raspberry, fuchsia, hot pink, dusty rose, pink, and light pink). If you choose to bring your own linens for the party, you may do so, please let us know when booking for event.

****Food catering for the event is available for additional cost.

****If you’re looking for a great shower gift for mom to be: May we suggest our Heartbeat animals with baby’s heartbeat recorded into it. It can be added on prior to the party or on the day of for $42.60.

**** Three week notice minimum

****Half of the payment is due at the time of booking to reserve the space, and to ensure tables, chairs, and linens. While the other half is due seven days prior to the event.

**** An additional charge will occur for each guest over the 30 people limit. For safety and fire regulations it is of best practice to cap the number.

****Pay-Pal, credit, debit, or cash are accepted as payment.
